Resize a picture by removing the paths of least importance, so the subjects stay intact while the boring parts give way. Drag the right or bottom edge of the picture to carve or grow it. Paint Remove over an object and press Delete to make it vanish.

Seam carving, after Avidan & Shamir (2007): energy = colour gradient, a dynamic programme finds the cheapest top-to-bottom path, and that path is removed or duplicated.
