Background tones

A steady note, with or without the garden.

528 Hz ready · starts only when you choose.

About these frequencies

Choose from nine familiar Solfeggio tones or a 432 Hz pure tone. Often called “healing frequencies,” these are offered as listening preferences, without medical claims. Pick a comfortable level. A pure 432 Hz note is different from music tuned to A = 432 Hz.

The tone can continue while you work in another tab, even with garden motion paused. Turn it off here when you are done; it does not stop with the focus timer. Your frequency and level are remembered, but playback always starts off.

Welcome to your quiet corner

A garden you can hear.

Each star bends a current of light. When a bright traveler crosses its star’s horizon, it plays a note. No recording, no playlist: the garden is the instrument.

  1. Make it yours.Click an empty space to plant a star. Drag stars to reshape the currents. Try Tide’s orbits, Ember’s spiral, or Aurora’s flowing ribbons.
  2. Give your attention a destination.Write one intention, choose a duration, and begin. The outer orbit fills as you focus. Pause or reset whenever you need.
  3. Choose your backdrop.Garden music follows the moving stars. Background tones play a steady frequency with their own switch and level. Listen to either layer alone or mix them together.
  4. Take a little of it with you.Postcard saves a PNG of your garden, your intention, and your focus time. Everything is made and kept on this device.

Keyboard: Tab to a star, then use ← ↑ ↓ → to move it. Delete removes it. Space on the page pauses motion. Esc closes this guide. Sound is always your choice.

Your settings and timer are saved in this browser when local storage is available. A running timer uses the clock, even in another tab. The garden and its music rest while this tab is hidden; background tones can keep playing until you turn them off. Neither sound layer starts automatically when you reopen Stillpoint. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.

A moment, well spent
